310. Under what three situations is a deadlock deemed to have taken place

A deadlock is deemed to have taken place if:

1. The bill is rejected by the other House.
2. The Houses have finally disagreed as to the amendments.
3. More than six months have elapsed from the date of receipt of the bill by the other House without it being passed.
