(ii) Devolution from the State Government (based on State Finance Commission recommendations). (iii) Loans / grants from the State Government. (iv) Programme-specific allocation under Centrally Sponsored Schemes and Additional Central Assistance. (v) Internal Resource Generation (tax and non-tax).
