Article 300-A should state:
- Deprivation or acquisition of property shall be by authority of law and only for a public purpose.
- There shall be no arbitrary deprivation or acquisition of property.
- No deprivation or acquisition of agricultural, forest, and non-urban homestead land of SCs/STs shall occur except by law providing for suitable rehabilitation scheme before taking possession.
