The Fourth Delimitation Commission of 2002 was a three-member body. It consisted of:
- The Chairperson who was to be either a serving or a retired judge of the Supreme Court.
- The Chief Election Commissioner or an Election Commissioner nominated by the Chief Election Commissioner as an ex-officio member.
- The State Election Commissioner of concerned State or Union Territory as the other ex-officio member.
