The Governor can remove them if he/she:
- Is adjudged an insolvent.
- Has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
- Engages in any paid employment outside official duties.
- Is unfit to continue in office due to infirmity of mind or body.
- Has acquired such financial or other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially his/her official functions.
