124. What happens if there is a vacancy in the office of the President or member of a District Commission

If there is a vacancy, the state government may direct:

1. Any other specified District Commission to exercise jurisdiction for that district also.
2. The President or a member of any other specified District Commission to exercise the power and discharge the functions of the President or member of that District Commission also.
