A board may be superseded or suspended in cases of:
- Persistent default.
- Negligence in the performance of duties.
- Committing any act prejudicial to the interests of the society or its members.
- A stalemate in the constitution or functions of the board.
- The election body failing to conduct elections according to the State Act.
